The Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is ideal for those seeking comprehensive support while maintaining daily responsibilities. This program includes 6 weeks to 3 months of group therapy sessions, three times a week for three hours each, supplemented by one to two individual therapy sessions per week. For continued care, our Outpatient Program (OP), also known as Aftercare, provides two hours of group therapy weekly with additional one to two individual sessions. We focus on creating a supportive environment that encourages healing and growth.
